1. Proof:
You can always order a quantity of 1 with Pratt. This is the best way to see your art. Turn times for custom proof orders will vary. Please chat with us if you have a specific deadline, and we'll let you know if we can make it.
2. Printed or Blank Samples:
If you want to see the quality of our printing in general or if you need an extra blank included with your proof order for sizing purposes, you can order a sample mailer box for just $1.
Product Guarantee
We take full responsibility for the quality of our RSC shipping boxes. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality, contact us immediately. Our terms and conditions outline our policies on refunds and reprints. Our product is 100% custom. Because of this, we expect our customers to take responsibility for the art product itself. If you want to ensure the end product turns out exactly how you wanted it to, we strongly recommend purchasing proof before placing a full order.
Shipping
All RSC boxes are printed and shipped via LTL or UPS Ground from our Georgia facility. Our boxes are either palletized or packed in corrugated cardboard, usually weighing no more than 50 pounds each. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is being processed for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to populate your shipping information. Expedited shipping is available on the shipping calculator. If you require special shipping instructions, such as blind shipping, a house UPS account, or an alternate shipping arrangement, you must reach out to customer service to obtain approval and process your request.
Custom-Printed Shipping Boxes. Brand First.
The shipping box can do it all. Electronics, sports equipment, kitting, clothing, and housewares are all suitable for the tough B Flute of the shipping box. If it’s a high-value transaction (and aren’t they all?) start your direct-to-consumer relationship by building that Christmas-morning feeling from the moment the box lands on the front step. Shipping boxes can contain bulky items that require sturdy corrugated cardboard. If you want just to put your logo on the RSC shipping box, or design it to be fully branded, the four panels offer ample space to be as branded as you'd like. The full flap ink coverage also gives you space for QR codes, helpful shipper graphics like "fragile", or customer instructions.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the RSC Custom Shipping Box different from the Premium Shipping Box?
Our Premium Shipping Box is on coated white cardboard with a UV coating covering the entire box. Our Custom Shipping Box is on 100% recycled kraft or partially recycled white mottled paper, with ink coverage only on the facing panels of the boxes. The flaps and the corners do not have ink coverage. We think our Premium Shipper Box has a more premium feel, and our Custom Shipping Box is a beautiful full-color digital option for those entering the custom-printed box market for the first time. And the price is more economical.
Is the RSC Custom Shipping Box food safe?
Our RSC Custom Shipping Box can be used for food items that are completely packaged, but it is not food-safe for direct contact with food. The ink is water-based, but the Custom Shipping Box is not designed or manufactured with food safety in mind.
Can we print on the inside?
The RSC Custom Shipping Box does not allow for ink coverage on the inside. If you are interested in that level of premium coverage, we suggest you look at our Premium Shipper Box or our Custom Mailer box.
Is this made of recycled material?
The RSC Custom Shipping Box is available in either 100% recycled kraft or partially recycled white paper board. The corrugating of the white is 100% recycled; only the white paper covering the corrugated is not 100% recycled.
Why can’t I find my size?
Pratt’s digital offerings take a few-sizes-fit-most approach to our box size offerings. Our customers believe that the low minimum quantities and affordable full-color digital print, which makes exceptional quality boxes affordable, is an acceptable compromise. Once your business reaches the quantity minimums that make fully custom sizes and print capabilities economical, one of our Pratt Industries regional sales reps can work with you to put together a solid package.
